Things I Never Imagined Needing To Photograph:
I didn’t ever think I’d need to take a photo of my sofa bed! But since I’m now a host on CouchSurfing.org, I’d better show my guests their accommodation!
I’ve only been a member for 24 hours and already I’ve received 6 couch requests! Crazy. My first surfer arrives this Sunday!
I just reopened my CouchSurfing.com account. I have such a big apartment here in NYC, I may as well share it and meet new people in the process.
I heard a lot of good things about REI even before I landed in the States. But my trip to SoHo left me a little disappointed. I’m looking for a really heavy-duty travel pack like Snark’s. But everything there was flimsy and synthetic and didn’t look like it would survive Burning Man, never mind a future round-world trip.
The search continues.
Enjoying a toasted cheese sammich for dinner at Beecher’s Cheese. On nom nom.
Today was spent at a spa. Pedicure, manicure, facial, massage and haircut. Feeling pampered and blissed out 🙂
Another late night in the office preparing for a mini-inception. Index cards ahoy!
A book stall on Broadway.
I like how New Yorkers try to make their rooftops as green as possible.
Just mucking around in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Yesterday, I was gushing about Whole Foods but I should also give props to my local grocer. Bread & Honey is part organic, part conventional, part Asian, part buffet, part Mongolian BBQ and all awesome. And its open 24 hours 🙂
